Note xxxx is the password provided by your general
exec
Usage: rcon xxxx exec server.cfg
This will execute your server.cfg file. causing any changes made to this file
to take effect.
(note use server.cfg for OBJ and serverft.cfg for
freezetag)
Clientkick
Usage: rcon xxxx clientkick #
kicks a client by his number
map
Usage: rcon xxxx map [complete map name. ie: dm/mohdm4 or obj/obj_team4]
Use this to change maps. (always use small case letters)
restart
Usage: rcon xxxx restart
Will restart the current map.
Say
Usage: rcon xxxx say "your message"
This command is used to broadcast messages to all clients in real time.
serverinfo
Usage: rcon xxxx serverinfo
Will return the following dedicated server information:
status
Usage: rcon xxxx status
Will return information on all connected clients including: current map name,
client number, client's score, client's ping, client's name, client's IP address,
client's qport and client's rate.
set sv_privatepassword
Usage: rcon xxxx sv_privatepassword "new password"
This is how you can set a private password, so only clients that provide the
correct password can connect.
